After Friday August 17, 2007 tornadic weather dumped 8 inches of rain on our pasture, our ravines filled with water. This is the first time we have seen these ravines hold water! Now there is 2 lakes and the horses, being too lazy to walk around--enjoyed a cool swim, leaving Suede to decide to take the long or short root........well, he decided to go for it! Note the look in his eye--I think he thought I was supposed to carry him across!
